1. Copper and Copper Alloys
Characteristics: conductivity, thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance, gloss is good, plastic is easily processed, easy-to-plating, painting.
Copper (including Cu 99.5% and above)
Also known as copper, materials, low strength and plasticity good; excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance; for wires, cables, conductive devices.
Brass
Copper-zinc alloy, mechanical properties with the zinc content-related; in general the amount of zinc does not exceed 50%.
Characteristics: scalability, stamping is good, used in electroplating, for sea water and have a good resistance to atmospheric corrosion. But the body prone to localized corrosion.
Bronze
Copper-tin alloy consisting mainly of a class of copper-base alloy metal collectively.
Features: more than copper and brass have a better wear resistance: machining, good corrosion resistance.
Beryllium Copper
Containing beryllium (Be) of copper alloys;
Features: high strength, hardness, elasticity, abrasion resistance; high conductivity, thermal conductivity, resistance to cold; no ferromagnetism.
Uses: electromagnetic shielding materials more;
2. Aluminum and aluminum alloy
Features: a lesser metal knot wood materials; good corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity; the same as the weight of circumstances, Al electrical conductivity two times higher than Cu, but the strength and hardness of aluminum is relatively low.
Uses: aluminum gloss and soft, can be made into different colors and textures of the functional and equipment corrosion material.
3. Magnesium alloy
Features: the lightest metal knot wood materials; ratio, high strength, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, good fluidity, anti-static performance, good; corrosion resistance is poor, easily oxidized burning.
