As far as I know some members of units reflected a serious shortage of skilled workers are welding, some members of units it is difficult to recruit technical aspects of welding personnel. To address the current shortage of welding technology, only one problem, now I will be a preliminary decision to prepare to convene workshops shortage of skilled welders. Specific matters are as follows:
